Technically, where NLP (and Robbins' NAC) acts is on "submodalities": the location and contents of locations of thoughts, beliefs and states. Great, but there is a deeper structure - the structure that keeps these submodalities in place! After years of working with this deeper structure I know a few things: first the submodality-change work of NLP damages the gatekeepers to the aspects of self that are "not here and now", thus making the real, deep healing harder to achieve. So therefore we disavow any of the old NLP and insist upon processes that work on the deeper structure to being all the person's life force into the here and now, embodied, at one, and whole in and of themselves. this is the real empowerment and healing now available from 4-5 Gen NLP.
