Nice coaching material. And if this not working then something deeper in your structure is in play. Notice any feelings you experience, however subtle, about food, diet and exercise, and work WITH them - ask they what they want to tell you ...

On time management:

... and this is a bit quick and rough because I have an appointment in 20 minutes with a clinical psychologist who may be able to help evaluate our work!

Time is not constant: sportsmen know how to slow down time when batting - the very top players show an effortless extra time "on the ball". When driving on a sideroad after the freeway everything feels slow. some days we can achieve the impossible, and look back saying "how on earth did I do all that?"

Yes we must eliminate the habits - by finding their sponsoring cause and then enabling a new way to flow after the release of understanding why the habit exists.

Goal-oriented people achieve goals, but some people do not have systems organised that way, and all sorts of blocks arise to stop the goals from happening. This is due to their deeper structure. By working WITH the habits they can do their job and dissolve.

If I'm on track then the universe provides precisely what I require moment by moment; if I fail to get a message then I wander off until I get it, then I continue back on the path required by the ALL.

mostly its going to unneccesary meetings or doing jobs that are not important.
Lots of companies now over-measure and the measuring gets in the way of the real work.
Andm people forget why they are really working sometimes.

Technically, where NLP (and Robbins' NAC) acts is on "submodalities": the location and contents of locations of thoughts, beliefs and states. Great, but there is a deeper structure - the structure that keeps these submodalities in place! After years of working with this deeper structure I know a few things: first the submodality-change work of NLP damages the gatekeepers to the aspects of self that are "not here and now", thus making the real, deep healing harder to achieve. So therefore we disavow any of the old NLP and insist upon processes that work on the deeper structure to being all the person's life force into the here and now, embodied, at one, and whole in and of themselves. this is the real empowerment and healing now available from 4-5 Gen NLP.
